Just like how food can keep your energy level too high at night, too much working out before bed can lead you to not be able to sleep as well; even though having an active lifestyle is important. There is however, one exception to the rules of not working out before bed and that is because sexual activity releases the chemical that you would actually need to be able to fall asleep.
